The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established and highly respected team in Liverpool.

You will handle a varied caseload of mergers and acquisitions, joint venture, shareholder disputes and corporate reorganisations.. The firm has an established, high calibre client base that ranges from SMEs to major well-known companies.

Working closely alongside respected Partners on complex and high-value matters, you will also have a high level of autonomy for your own caseload, whilst mentoring junior members of the team. This combination will give you a platform to further develop your technical ability and leadership skills, providing a clear pathway to Partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Experience handling your own caseload of matters
• Able to build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Able to work independently, and collaboratively as part of a team
