The Role:
This internationally recognised Commercial team is growing at Associate and Senior Associate levels in Manchester.
The Commercial team acts for a broad client base across sectors such as technology, retail/e-commerce, and financial services. You can expect to gain exposure to truly high-quality work, including commercial contracts and IT, with the opportunity to get involved in IP and data protection - the opportunity moulds around the individual, with the flexibility to specialise in areas of work and sectors of interest.
The team is seen as a valued extension to their clients' in-house teams, meaning you will play a vital role in their growth, brands and journey.
As you carve out a path to partnership in this growing team, you will receive 1:1 support from Partners to develop your technical, commercial and leadership abilities, whilst building a business case from day one.

Requirements:
- As a guide, this role would suit a Commercial Lawyer with 2+ years PQE
- Experience across a broad range of commercial contracts is essential
- IP and data protection experience would be advantageous, but not essential
- Experience gained with a large regional or city law firm, or comparable in-house legal team
