Our client are a Mayfair based law firm who are looking to maintain their growth trajectory with senior Residential Property Appointment.
The Firm
- They have grown from a boutique practice to a multi service offering with residential property at the heart of what they do.
- Friendly, collegiate and entrepreneurial office.
- Client base is HNW, west end property deals.
- International office in New York.
The Role
- The team does a mix of residential property work including sales and purchases of leasehold/freehold properties.
- Commercial leases including lease extensions and enfranchisement.
- Property investment.
