JOB TITLE: In-House Counsel (Commercial Property)

THE ROLE: Our client is a multi-faceted commercial property advisory firm specialising in advising tenants and landlords taking or letting leasehold space in Central London. They are a fast growing company providing managed office services, rent review and lease renewal advise, acquisition and disposal work.

They are looking to continue the growth of the company by starting a conveyancing department within the wider company and are looking for a self-motivated experienced commercial property counsel to come and set up this new department within the company. The successful candidate must be able to cover all aspects of the conveyancing process on their own initially but as the number of transactions increase the business will look to grow the team..
