Real Estate Finance Lawyer - North West and Yorkshire

A department which is led by award winning individuals and one which houses one of the most successful real estate finance teams in the country, is now looking for a new member to further their career; our client is a top ranked International law firm with a global reach and wide network of clients. The firm is known for leading in a number of sectors including, corporate, capital markets, finance, litigation and dispute resolution, real estate and tax.

The successful applicant will move into the real estate finance group, combining expertise in banking, real estate, construction and tax, and the work is domestic, as well as international. Candidates must be able to draft and negotiate on broad real estate investment and development financings.

The real estate finance lawyer will need to have at least 2 years PQE, have a solid academic record, and have trained and qualified with another top tiered law firm. Location is flexible as there is hybrid working but you can be based from the Sheffield or Manchester office.
