Rare opportunity for a highly capable commercial litigation lawyer with 6 months to 4 years PQE to join a full-service global business law firm as part of the thriving commercial litigation and international arbitration team in Birmingham with an impressive pipeline of work.

The firm operates globally across 40 countries combining local and international knowledge to develop collaborative working relationships with clients and colleagues.

This role will involve working on high value, significant and complex litigation, and international arbitration cases. Working for a varied client base including multinational, Global 1000 and Fortune 500 enterprises as well as emerging companies and government/public sector bodies this is a genuine opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of disputes avoidance, investigations, management and resolution of high quality and often highly complex disputes.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of working on high value and complex high court disputes and/or international arbitration matters.
