Location: Exeter

This highly regarded firm is looking for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their well established firm. This firm has three offices across the southwest but this role would specifically be in the picturesque Exeter office.

Within this role you would be responsible for a case load of commercial and corporate matters including shareholders agreements, joint ventures, company reorganisations, commercial contracts and business transactions.

The ideal candidate will be NQ - 5 years PQE with experience across a wide range of areas but specifically experience with commercial and corporate transactions. Due to the nature of this work, you will be working closely with clients and so strong client care skills are necessary.
