JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1+ year PQE
LOCATION: Cumbria
THE ROLE:
An experienced Litigation Solicitor is sought after to join this well-established firm to manage a varied case load of Commercial and Civil litigation matters. The successful candidate will be directly involved in a wide range of matters including commercial contractual disputes, breach of contracts, contentious probates, professional negligence and landlord and tenant disputes. Experience in employment law is desired. The role will be varied and will require the appointed Litigation Solicitor to be confident in their ability to conduct a file from initial instruction to settlement.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Litigation Solicitors with at least 12 months' PQE handling a broad range of dispute resolution matters. You will have excellent written & verbal communication skills. The ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise your workload where needed will be the key to being successful in this role. Recently qualified Solicitors who have completed a relevant seat in litigation are also encouraged to apply.
