Residential Property Lawyer

Highly regarded and friendly law firm in South West London are looking to recruit an additional experienced conveyancer into their busy residential property department.  

This firm have a low volume, high quality, approach to conveyancing, and all fee earners are given plenty of support from legal secretaries and legal assistants/paralegals in order to do their job well and provide a high level of service to their clients.  It is also very much a team environment and is very collaborative, lots of social events and the firm get involved in lots of charitable work too.

The role will involve acting for a variety of clients on a variety of residential properties - sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered, including high net worth properties.

You will be an experienced residential property lawyer - this could be a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer, but you must be able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision and therefore it is anticipated that you will have at least 4 years PQE.  

This firm offer flexible working including hybrid working with a mix of office and remote.
