This leading Sheffield based law firm are looking to add an experienced Corporate Solicitor to their Business Legal Services department.
The firm are looking for someone with at least 3 years experience gained within a reputable law firm as a Corporate Solicitor. Although the firm works collaboratively with their transactions, they require a Corporate Solicitor to be comfortable running their own caseload.

- Handle a broad range varied caseload.
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buy-ins and buy-outs, joint ventures and investments
- Advise on general commercial contracts and terms and conditions
- Be commercially aware and have good client care skills
- Have an eye for detail and will be technically excellent
