In-House Commercial Lawyer

Award winning manufacturing company are currently looking to expand their small in-house legal team by recruiting an additional lawyer.

You will work closely alongside, the Head of Legal, General Counsel and Data Protection Officer in providing legal support to the business which has offices across the UK and worldwide.  

You will have a solid background in reviewing, drafting and negotiating on a variety of commercial contracts ideally including software/IT contracts and experience of advising on data protection laws is also required.  

You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with around 1+ years PQE and my client is happy to consider someone either currently in-house or a lawyer currently in private practice who is looking to make that move in-house and no longer have chargeable hour targets to achieve!

This role offers hybrid working with 2/3 days per week at the North Kent office and the rest of the week remote.
