JOB TITLE: Prosecutions Lawyer
LOCATION: Swansea
SALARY: up to £42,500 DOE

THE ROLE:
The appointed Solicitor or Barrister will be joining a national public sector organisation and will specialise in criminal prosecutions. A largely Court-based role, the successful Lawyer must be motivated to conduct advocacy in commutable Crown and Magistrates’ Courts on a regular basis and will be prosecuting on cases ranging from fraud to manslaughter. With exceptional and bespoke training to include mentoring and on-the-job tuition, this role is ideal for Lawyers who are keen to forge a highly rewarding career in criminal prosecutions. When not in Court, the Prosecutions Lawyer will be conducting casework to include case preparation, reviewing evidence and decision making.

THE PROSECUTIONS LAWYER:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Barristers who have a genuine interest in criminal prosecutions. Our client is keen to hear from Lawyers from any area of law, particularly those from contentious disciplines, with the desire to learn and develop a successful career in prosecutions. As a qualified Solicitor or Barrister, you will hold a full practising certificate and have gained qualification in England & Wales.
