The Role

• The Residential Conveyancing team have a key focus on client care, believing that the customer comes first, and has built a great network of connections in the area based on reputation and referrals.
• Your role will be handling all aspects of residential conveyancing ranging from sale and purchase of freehold/leasehold, investment property, new builds, landlord and tenant matters, estate management, enfranchisement and much more, across a range of high, mid and low value properties and houses.

Due to their exciting expansion, this firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their residential property department in their Chichester office, West Sussex.

• You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (either qualified of non-qualified)
• You will be a team player
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• You will be a good communicator
