The Role

This is a rare opportunity to be part of something fresh yet established - where you can put your stamp on the role, with the firm offering autonomy. There is an existing, high-quality caseload available for you to come into. However, you will be responsible for further developing this alongside the Partnership team.

The role will see you working on an interesting and varied caseload of matters, including but not limited to; consumer tech, digital commerce, mobile apps and gaming, software, hardware, privacy and cyber, blockchain, healthcare and biotech.

This role would suit an entrepreneurial and driven Commercial Technology Solicitor who wants to be a member of a relaxed but professional team and has the drive to progress their career. With Junior and Senior opportunities available, you will work with businesses from SMEs up to multi-national companies.

Requirements

You will be a Commercial Technology Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE and with wide-ranging commercial technology, digital media and IT experience

• You will have a proven ability to generate new business and strong billings history
• You will be able to work independently but also as part of a team on larger more complex cases
• You will be commercially astute and have an entrepreneurial flair
