With offices across Kent and London, this firm is undergoing an exciting period of growth and is now seeking a commercial property solicitor to join their office. They have an established reputation going back 30+ years. This role will offer great autonomy and will award exposure to a varied and interesting workload.
This firm deal with good quality commercial work with many departments cross-referring work to the next. They have a good reputation for their property work and tend to deal with all aspects of Commercial Property matters ranging from landlord and tenant, rent review, licenses and surrender of leases, through to weightier matters such as acquisition, disposal and letting all types of commercial property.
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to grow and develop their commercial property department, either at their London or Canterbury office.
