Company Commercial Solicitor with 4+ years PQE at Associate/Salaried Partner (SP)
Regional law firm with a strong presence across Dorset and beyond is seeking to recruit an Solicitor to join their team.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 4PQE running corporate transnational work within their busy team and work on a wide range of company/commercial work for companies that can include start ups and deal with company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiating, which can include; terms and conditions, supply/distribution, franchise and shareholder agreements and other matters.
Ideally, you will be a Solicitor with a minimum of 4PQE and would also consider senior level and Partner level candidates that have gained experience within an existing corporate and commercial team and seeking an opportunity to work on a broad caseload with clients from a wide range of sectors.
