Commercial/Procurement Lawyer, Major Project - Saudi Arabia

An exceptional opportunity has arisen to work within the legal team at one of the largest and most prestigious projects being developed in the Middle East. Our client is seeking a commercial attorney to be based in Saudi Arabia, with experience on general contractual matters to work on Procurement matters (non-construction related).

The main duties will involve proposing required contract templates, negotiating, and finalising commercial contracts with the Procurement Department across numerous business sectors; and liaising with multiple stakeholders to address day-to-day legal issues and resolving them quickly and effectively.

The role is best suited for individuals who are flexible, positive, hands-on, creative, committed, and proactive. They must have a teamwork attitude as well.

The ideal candidate must have the following credentials:

• 8+ years of legal experience working for well-regarded law firms or within in-house teams;
• Excellent drafting capability;
• Ability to handle a demanding workload;
• Ability to adapt and work across different types of agreements and legal issues.
