Sellick Partnership are currently working with a highly established In House organisation, looking for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer on a permanent basis. This will be a unique opportunity to be able to gain inhouse experience working with in a competitive industry. Are you looking for a new challenge where you would be able to broaden your legal skills?
The duties of the successful Commercial Contracts Lawyer may include but are not limited too;
- Managing the external legal team
- Supporting GNFR contracts, contract management, and terminations
- Providing legal advice where required
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents
- Supporting corporate governance for all contracts
My client is looking for candidates with 2-10+ years' experience of providing legal advice on commercial contracts, or a complementary area of law such as handling corporate matters. The ideal Commercial Contracts candidate will be qualified or experienced at a lawyer level, and Contracts Managers may also be considered.
