A rare opening within a highly sought-after, prestigious law firm for a new Tax Associate to join their ranks; this elite US law firm is looking to recruit an additional Solicitor to support their busy and growing tax team. This role offers successful candidate the chance to further their legal career in the Taxation sector, working with and learning from the best.

The Team:

• Provide integrated commercial and tax advice on planning, investment, cross-border transactions, litigation and tax controversies, and legislative and regulatory lobby projects
• Their clients include businesses of all sizes from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, as well as individuals and tax-exempt entities, across a wide range of industries.
• We have worked on international tax-planning strategies and cross-border transactions across several jurisdictions, including the United States, Australia, Asia, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

Your Profile:

• 2+years PQE in Tax Law
• Qualified in England & Wales with excellent academics
• Experience working on corporate and real estate tax matters
