The Role

This is a quality opportunity for a New Build Specialist Solicitor to join a modern and progressive firm in their West End office.

You will work alongside busy, high-calibre, entrepreneurial and friendly lawyers, that deal with an excellent quality of work; orientated to an affluent client base. The caseload will consist of servicing a growing client list of developers, agents and buyers.

You will be working in a paperless environment as you act for individuals on the purchase of off-plan and new build homes. Advising first-time buyers on new builds and government-backed schemes to support them will be a key element of your work.

You will directly support the Director of Property in business development, growing both your and the firm's reputation for excellence.

This is an important position for the firm; you will be well-rewarded financially and there is no glass ceiling regarding career progression and advancement to Partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 4-7 years PQE
• You will have solid experience in new build homes
• You will have proven business development experience
