The Role:

• This is a standout opportunity for a Commercial (IP & Technology) Senior Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Manchester, with hybrid working in place
• Highly ranked in the Legal 500, the Commercial department are well-known for their cutting-edge work for a broad range of UK & International companies within the IT, media, automotive and retail sectors, with particular strengths in IP & tech-related mandates
• As such, you will manage a diverse caseload, including complex commercial contracts, transactions relating to systems integration and outsourcing, IT transactions (cloud computing, cybersecurity, data & e-commerce) and non-contentious IP matters
• As a Senior Associate, you will also work closely alongside the team's leading partners on some of the most high-profile matters, with opportunities to further develop the wider department
• In return, you can expect to receive plenty of opportunities to progress within the team towards director and partner level

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Commercial & IT Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Highly meticulous & commercially focused
