The Role

This is a quality opportunity for a New Build Specialist Solicitor to join a modern and progressive firm in their West End office.

You will work alongside busy, high-calibre, entrepreneurial and friendly lawyers, that deal with an excellent quality of work; orientated to an affluent client base. The caseload will consist of servicing a growing client list of developers, agents and buyers.

You will be working in a paperless environment as you act for individuals on the purchase of off-plan and new build homes. Advising first-time buyers on new builds and government-backed schemes to support them will be a key element of your work.

This is an important position for the firm; you will be well-rewarded financially and there is no glass ceiling regarding career progression.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 1-3 years PQE
• You will have solid experience in new build homes
• You will be interested in business development experience
