The Role:
- This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the firm's offices in Sheffield, with hybrid working in place
- Highly ranked in the Legal 500, the Clinical Negligence team have extensive experience in complex & high-value negligence claims on behalf of patients and their families, leading the region on a full spectrum of issues
- To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering all types of claims, including A&E, cerebral palsy, GP negligence and cancer claims
- As a Solicitor, you will also assist the senior lawyers on the more complex cases, with the opportunity to manage your own caseload alongside this
- In return, you can expect to receive genuine investment to aid your development as a first-class clinical negligence lawyer, with plenty of opportunities to progress within the team
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 1 to 4 years PQE
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication skills
