The Role:

• This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Charities Solicitor to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Charity & Social Enterprise team advise significant regional, national & international clients - extending to sector umbrella bodies like ACEVO & Charity Finance Group - on a broad range of complex mandates
• To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload, including redundancy & restructuring, governance matters, registering new charitable organisations and purchasing of new premises
• As a Solicitor, you will also support the senior lawyers on more complex matters, giving you exposure to all facets of charities work
• In return, you can expect to receive genuine investment on your journey towards admirable recognition in the legal field

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Charities Solicitor with 2 to 5 years PQE
• Well-organised and proactive
