Talent Development Business Partner - Bristol / Southampton

Excellent opportunity for a Talent Development Business Partner to join a top-ranked law firm.

Our client is an award-winning and fast-growing law firm with offices spread across the UK. They are currently looking for a Talent Development Business Partner to join their office in either Bristol or Southampton.

The role will involve working with key business stakeholders to shape, design and deliver the firm's development offering for their lawyers, business support professionals and clients. You will be involved with supporting upskilling legal and business support professionals to develop business, as well as supporting personal career ambitions. You will be responsible for designing, delivering and procuring a full offering of people development programmes, group coaching sessions and external client programmes, etc.

To be considered, you must have a highly successful learning and development / talent development track record both at a strategic and delivery level, ideally with experience of law firms / professional services firms. Prior legal market experience is not essential but you must have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to tailor your approach to different individuals.

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £70,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package. The firm operates a hybrid working model where you can do a mixture of office and remote working each week.
