Solicitor – Group Actions (Environmental) - Cardiff (Hybrid)
Leading law firm in Wales with a strong presence across the South Coast of England and London is seeking to expand their specialist team of leading environmental solicitors that has successfully conducted environmental nuisance claims for whole communities affected by various forms of nuisance with a particular expertise in environmental nuisance claims caused by landfill sites, sewage treatment works and factories.
The role will involve managing a case load in respect of group action private nuisance actions for residents affected by various forms of nuisance, be they odour/noise/dust from neighbouring factories/landfill sites etc or encroachment of Japanese knotweed onto private land. The role may also include the pursuit of claims for diminution in value, pursued under the Land Compensation Act 1973.
Ideally you will be an NQ or Solicitor seeking to join join a specialist, some experience would be preferred, but would consider candidates from a civil litigation background.
