We are delighted to be representing a leading FinTech company in their search for an ambitious Solicitor or Barrister to work in the dynamic technology sector in Northern Ireland, within a global fast paced business with a world renowned client base.

Your new role

In your role as an in house Solicitor or Barrister, you will form part of the expanding legal team and your main objective will be to protect the commercial interests of the business.

Legal experience will include drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of complex technology contracts and agreements.

The role involve a range of commercial areas such as disputes, regulatory & compliance, exports, competition, security and privacy - so be prepared to be flexible.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in a large commercial/corporate firm and in house.
• You will have high-level negotiation and excellent legal drafting skills. (All levels of PQE considered)
• You will have experience of drafting negotiation technology and services related contracts in time sensitive parameters.
• You will have solid knowledge of business process gained in-house relating to commercial, contract, intellectual property and data privacy law.
• You will be a self elf-starter with a natural curiosity to dig into the business and the industry.
• You will be agile, highly organised and have the skills, drive and flexibility to support a leading technology company that is changing the world, facing cutting-edge legal issues and organisational challenges on multiple fronts.
• You will be required to be a problem solver. When faced with the need to 'push-back', you can present solutions to the business
