Our client is a a national law firm with a growing reputation within the legal industry, they have ambitious growth plans and are looking to double in size within the next 3 years.
Description
As an IP Solicitor you will work on a broad range of contentious IP matters (from straight-forward cease and desist demands to complex patent litigation), a broad range of transactional IP matters (from pure IP licensing and assignment agreements to advising on the IP-specific issues arising in the context of corporate transactions). There is also the opportunity to support our registered trade mark and registered design application, prosecution and portfolio management practice.
Profile
You will be an IP Solicitor with a minimum of 2 PQE. Please note that the level of PQE identified is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
