Civil Litigation Claims Handler

Your new role

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced claims handler/litigator to join their Bristol based team, on a full time and permanent basis. Their team of Litigators act for clients in a broad range of contract, consumer, property and inheritance disputes and this role involves handling a caseload of predominantly small claims in relation to contract, consumer, professional negligence, inheritance, and property dispute matters, with the potential to tackle several fast and multi-track claims dependent on experience.

You will be reporting to the Contracts Team Leader, handling a personal caseload of mainly fast-track and multi-track claims in relation to consumer contracts, professional negligence, and inheritance matters. The team are currently working on a hybrid basis, thus occasional days in the office will be required.

What you'll need to succeed

Our client is looking for a 3 or 4 PQE Solicitor or CILEx with experience in Contract and Inheritance claims and a good understanding of civil litigation with experience of managing small claim and fast track litigation. You will be eloquent and confident in client care.
