An excellent Residential Property opportunity with great career potential at a leading full service law firm in Hertfordshire

This opportunity would suit either a Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or a Fee Earner who is interested in qualifying through either route. The ideal level for this position would be a minimum of 2 years fee earning experience however there could be some flexibility

You should be confident to run your own caseload of files with minimal supervision. The workload is high net worth and complex and will consist of sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and plot sales

The team is made up of senior conveyancer's and they all work collaboratively to get the work done. It is a friendly and supportive environment and the firm have a phenomenal retention rate
