An opportunity has arisen for a real estate finance solicitor to join the growing team at this successful firm based in the City of London.
The team deal with an array of commercial and residential property matters including acquisitions and disposals, and property development along with associated property finance including secured lending and bridging finance. Clients include lenders and borrowers such as banks, corporate clients, investors and developers.
The role would suit an early career real estate finance solicitor, or a commercial property solicitor with experience of property finance who wishes to specialise in the area. You will be dealing with a range of property finance work including secured lending and bridging finance.
