Residential Conveyancer
Newcastle-under-Lyme
£35,000 - £45,000
A residential conveyancing role has arisen at a law firm in Staffordshire. This is a full-time permanent role in the Newcastle-under-Lyme office. The firm offers quality local work, the ability to work from home one day a week along with a great bonus scheme based on completions.
The firm is a reputable full-service law firm with several offices in the region. You'll be joining a close-knit team alongside two other conveyancers handling your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion with the aid of a case management system and support.
You will likely be a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor/Executive with at least 4 years’ experience in handling your own caseload. You must have gained exposure to the full range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, freeholds, leaseholds, shared ownerships, and new builds.
You'll be taking over from a senior conveyancer stepping straight in to handling a full and varied caseload.
The firm’s offices have free parking nearby.
On offer is a competitive salary up to £45,000 and clear career progression for the right person.
