Your new role
Due to ongoing growth this firm is seeking an experienced Residential property paralegal to join progressive team. This role will see you work closely with partners and solicitors whilst managing your own caseload.

Duties will include

• Arranging property searches
• Preparation of pre contract reports
• Drafting land registry forms
• Assisting with plot sales
  

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and have gained a minimum of 6 months paralegal experience in residential / property. You will have strong communication skills with high levels of attention to detail. You will be confident in working individually as well as part of a team.
