A fantastic high street office serving predominantly local people is looking for a residential conveyancer to work in their small but busy team within their Shifnal office. If you enjoy working in a tight knit, friendly and supportive environment then this could be the firm for you!
Our client has several offices across the Shropshire region with an excellent reputation and a loyal client base. They are now seeking to appoint a residential conveyancer who can fit well with the firm’s culture and ethos.
To be considered as a residential conveyancer within this team you must have a solid foundation within conveyancing. Our client will consider anybody with at least two years solid residential conveyancing experience who can manage a small caseload through to an experienced conveyancer.
As the team is relatively small you must have the ability to work as part of a team with a willingness to support other people. The firm is looking for a residential conveyancer who is organised with a willingness to find solutions to problems that arise in the conveyancing process and the ability to work hard under pressure. Being a people person is key along with a willingness to engage in marketing and networking along with building up your own relationships with local agents and IFA’s.
