Secured Litigation Associate - Manchester

BCL is currently working with an award winning national law firm recruiting a 3 - 5 PQE Banking Litigation Solicitor to join its highly successful team in Manchester

The Role
Working within a vibrant and ambitious team recognised as a leading team outside of London
Working with well known banking and finance clients on a full range of lending assignments and projects
Providing strategic advice on complex secured recoveries, including litigation, fixed charge receivership, negligence, and fraud claims
Advising on title rectification strategy to include claims in the High Court and the First Tier Property Tribunal
Advising on pre-action strategic remedial activity
Participating in business development activities with clients and potential clients

Requirements
Ideally, you will be 3-5 PQE
Financial Litigation experience is essential for this role
Commercial aware with a keen interest in business development
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
