The Role

The firm are looking for a Banking and Finance Solicitor to join their buzzing Leeds office in the heart of the City.

You will deal with a broad caseload covering many industry sectors and sit as part of the wider Corporate team. The sheer level of variety will make for an interesting caseload. The department boasts a diverse client base including high street lenders, private banks, international banks, professional advisers, accountants and developers.

You will work and advise on a range of matters to include asset-based lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, equity investment and corporate debt.

You will be provided with the tools to further develop your technical knowledge and contribute to the profitability of the Banking and Finance team.

This opportunity comes with excellent prospects for progression as it is a developing role to support the firm's growing caseload; senior positions at the firm are well within reach for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will ideally be 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE and less may still be considered)
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
• You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing
