My client from a law firm in Horsham is looking for a part-time Front Desk Executive to join their team.
Please note this is an office-based role, up to 20 hours available per week; with the possibility of extension to Full-Time in the future.
You will support the office in reception duties such as dealing with clients on the telephone and face to face, filing, photocopying, printing, posting and ensuring the smooth running of a busy office. You will also be responsible for assisting the team with tasks such as file opening, issuing documentation to clients and enquiries.
