Licensed Conveyancer

We are currently working with a highly reputable law firm based in the Warwickshire region, who are recruiting for a Head of Department to join their expanding team.

The successful candidate must be a Licensed Conveyancer and have experience dealing with the full conveyancing process including purchases and sales, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgages, new build, equity releases and transfer of equity. You must also have proven experience working in a managerial position. This is a full-time role based in the Nuneaton office.

The job role involves a fee earning position but also managing staff and ensuring compliance.
