Compliance Lead

Experienced Compliance Lead required for a well-regarded law firm based in Blackburn.

Your new company
This is a large and well-regarded regional law firm based across Lancashire that are going through an exciting time of growth and looking to bring in a compliance lead to deal with an increasing workload and new clients.

Your new role
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in compliance to progress their career and develop their experience working with a range of legal departments in an independent and influential role. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluation of current and now compliance regulations, reviewing firm processes and lead training sessions
• Develop and implement compliance practices across the firm
• Managing and auditing the compliance team and on-boarding process to ensure Clients and Advisors are compliant
• Providing advice on processes regarding financially or regulatory high-risk Clients and matters.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this legal compliance role, you must have gained experience as a compliance officer, manager or assistant, along with having a good knowledge of compliance processes and regulations.
