Legal Counsel, Leading Real Estate, Dubai

Good quality in-house real estate roles are quite rare in Dubai, and this is a client we've helped numerous times over many years specialising in real estate, technology, construction, commodities and trade.. They have a small but long standing legal team, and are now seeking to add a new Legal Counsel to their real estate capability.

ROLE: You'll sit in a supportive team, working closely with the Senior Legal Counsel for real estate, and the General Counsel as well. The core of the role will be preparing, reviewing and approving medium to high value / risk commercial contracts, with a real estate slant.

CANDIDATE: There are some key criteria to be taken into consideration:

* Common law qualified with 5+ years' of experience.
* Essential to have a foundation of strong private practice experience.
* Core experience as a real estate lawyer.
* Middle East experience will be highly valued but strong overseas applications may be considered.
