Leading fintech requires regulatory lawyer.
In this newly created position, you will advise the banking and capital markets division of this leading fintech on a full range of regulatory issues affecting the business including FSMA, SMCR, PSD2, CCA, EBA outsourcing guidelines.
You will have quality training in a law firm or in-house and will have strong experience advising on regulatory matters ideally in the banking, payments or wider fintech sector.
While you will sit within a wider team that cover different business lines, this specific position is standalone so you'll be confident enough to run with these matters with limited supervision
