Corporate Solicitor 1 year+ PQE Hertfordshire

One of Hertfordshire's market leading law firms has a new opening to suit a solicitor ot associate to join their well regarded corporate team based in St Albans.

Our client has an excellent corporate and commercial practice which handles high quality transactional work including M&A, disposals and financing work on behalf of SMEs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and larger companies in a range of sectors.

The firm is are keen to appoint a corporate solicitor or associate with a minimum of 1 year corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with a wish to base themselves in Hertfordshire having worked in London or in another regional centre.

With at least 12 months pqe gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have good technical skills and a exposure to good sized transactions.
