Legal Counsel- Commercial

An established children’s charity are looking for a Legal counsel with a specialism in commercial law to join their legal team, based in London.

As the Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing professional legal advice to the charities group operations, including commercial contracts, data protection, intellectual property, fundraising, charity law, commercial litigation, procurement and contracting with public authorities, regulatory compliance, property and charity/corporate governance.

To be considered, you will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Previous experience of working with a wide variety of commercial contracting arrangements including public procurement and a thorough understanding of the Data Protection Act 2018 and UK GDPR is essential. Previous experience of working within the charity sector is desirable.
