Our client is an innovative technology business group listed on the London Stock Exchange with a global presence which is growing through acquisition.  They are looking for an additional commercial lawyer to join the close knit. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will support businesses across the group, both in the UK and internationally and experience super interesting work supporting stakeholders in the Defence and Intelligence divisions, among others.
 
THE ROLE
This will be a broad role, dealing with commercial and corporate legal agreements, corporate governance and policy as well as commercial property matters relating to the Group's divisions. You will help deliver training and implement new processes as well as provide support and advice on other ad hoc matters stakeholders may become involved in.
 
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
You will be proactive, flexible and able to liaise with stakeholders effectively and project manage.  You will have 1 years' or more PQE either in private practice or in-house. Above all, you will be flexible and willing to add new subject areas of experience to your portfolio of work. Existing Defence sector knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. Experience of managing commercial property transactions is very important!
