THE ROLE

A Sole Knowledge Lawyer/Professional Support Lawyer is sought to provide high quality knowledge support for the market-leading Commercial team.

Your expertise should be in one or more aspects of the team's work which includes commercial and technology contracts, outsourcing, data, digital regulation, gaming and interactive entertainment, telecoms and advertising/marketing/sponsorship.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and well-respected Knowledge team, working in a supportive and collegiate environment for a Firm renowned for its cutting-edge Commercial practice.

It would suit both a lawyer looking to move to their first knowledge role as well as someone with previous experience of professional support wanting a high-profile role which is central to many areas of the Firm's work.

The firm can be flexible on location as well as offering a chance to work on a full or part-time basis (at least equivalent to 4 days a week).

THE CANDIDATE

You will have an excellent knowledge of law, regulation and practice in at least one of the following areas: Commercial contracts, Technology contracts, Outsourcing, Data, Digital media, Digital regulation, Advertising, marketing and sponsorship, Consumer protection, Telecoms.

Additionally you will have the ability to present information clearly - both in writing and when speaking, as well as being pro-active self-starter with excellent organisational skills.

Your experience may have been as a fee-earning lawyer in private practice or working within the legal team of a business, in academia or in a knowledge role elsewhere, or returning to work after a career break.
