Our client, a major International Financial Services Institution, are looking to hire an experienced ISDA and Master Agreements negotiator to join their London legal team.

Key responsibilities:

  • To draft and negotiate lending, repurchase, custody and collateral management agreements.
  • The review and draft a range of documents and individual clauses such as netting and collateral opinions.
  • To provide advice on regulatory change.
  • To contribute to functional governance and reporting processes.

Key requirements:

  • Must have experience negotiating ISDA documentation or be a qualified lawyer with familiarity around documentation.
  • Ideally has worked within either an investment bank or international law firm.
