Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive/ Licensed Conveyancer (2+ PQE)

A full-service, multi-office firm with a strong regional presence, is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their successful residential property team. Successful candidates will have experience in a range of residential property experience matters and be able to handle their own varied caseload.

We encourage solicitors, licensed conveyancers, and legal executives with proven experience working in a busy conveyancing team to apply for this role. The successful candidate will be able to provide high-quality advice on a range of conveyancing transactions, including but not limited to sales, purchases, transfers, gifts, wealth planning work, mortgage work, and other dispositions involving contract law and land law.
