Industry leading, international, law firm is looking to recruit a junior Financial Regulation Solicitor due to the continued expansion.

The Team

This is a market leading technology practice with an impressive technology client base. Much of the work involves advising FinTech and other large technology and e-commerce clients on the implications of regulation in the financial services sector. For example, advising on the regulation of technology outsourcing, digital operational resilience and cloud computing, crypto assets and distributed ledger technology, artificial intelligence, and new models of payments and e-commerce. The growth in these areas and client demand mean there is now a need for an additional associate to support the team.

You would also have the opportunity to get involved in other areas such as consumer finance, perimeter analysis, new product roll-outs, ESG and climate finance, investment structures, and wider financial services advisory matters.

You will work with a good level of autonomy and enjoy a great level of support in doing so.

The Candidate

This is a junior level opportunity, the firm are happy to consider candidates from NQ+.
You will have:
A demonstrable interest, and exposure to, Fintech regulatory aspects
Existing understanding of technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, distributed ledger technology,
