The successful candidate will ideally be between NQ-5 Years qualified and will have the opportunity to work as part of the team on large transactions as well as working on your own matters, with supervision and support, in order to develop your experience in this specialist area. I

It is expected that you will have completed a seat in commercial property or agricultural property as part of your training contract or currently be working in either of these areas as a qualified lawyer within a commercial law firm.

Work that the team deals with includes things such as sales and purchases of agricultural property and land, agricultural tenancies, renewable energy projects, promotion, option and development agreements. Such is the reputation of the team that they are able to attract a regular flow of big ticket, high value work into the team from some of the UKs largest and most successful agricultural businesses and landowners.
