Description

For the in house Commercial Solicitor role some of the responsibilities for the role are outlined below. Further details will be outlined in the job specification. The role will be a Commercial role but other legal areas will be part of the role. If you are a Commercial Solicitor and have the willingness and desire to learn/ pick up new areas of legal work this role might be a really good in house move.

Undertaking Commercial work, drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts.

Advising on Data Protection

Creating and delivering training

Helping design and build Governance processes

Profile

Commercial solicitors from a private practice or in house background should apply for this role. A willingness to learn/ pick up new areas of legal work and the ability to work autonomously and as part of the UK legal team is essential. Our client is flexible on level of PQE, solicitors who are pragmatic and who have good commercial acumen should apply for this role.

Job Offer

The salary is commensurate with market rate. The role can be fully homeworking or hybrid working with working from the office 1 to 2 times each week/ every two weeks. The office is based near Warrington so it is a good commute from a number of locations.
